Co-Founder

Adam has worked in technology recruitment for more than 10 years across both in-house and agency environments.Prior to founding Unearth Talent, Adam worked at Meta focusing on AI recruitment for Reality Labs and FAIR, helping source world-class engineers and scientists tackling some of the industry’s most challenging problems.Before Meta, Adam built and led the EMEA Software Engineering Sourcing team at JP Morgan.

David has spent almost a decade leading critical Data, ML, and AI searches for some of Europe’s most exciting technology companies.Before founding Unearth Talent, David worked at Spotify building research and engineering teams responsible for machine learning products serving more than 500 million users.

Violette Mercuzot

Senior Talent Partner

Violette brings over ten years of experience in executive search and talent sourcing, with a strong focus on technology and AI-driven organisations. Prior to joining Unearth Talent, Violette was a Vice President at JPMorgan, where she hired senior tech leaders across major European tech hubs. She specialises in partnering with organisations to place highly technical and niche talent, leveraging deep market mapping expertise and advanced search methodologies to access hard-to-reach talent pools.
